Service Description

Baby Name Arena is a web-based service that helps couples and families choose baby names through ranked voting and collaborative decision-making.

Account and Payment

  • One-time payment of $9.99 provides lifetime access to your instance
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • No refunds after 7 days of purchase
  • Each instance is private and accessible only to those you share the link with

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you input (names, votes, comments). We retain the right to:

  • Store your data to provide the service
  • Use anonymized aggregate data for service improvement
  • Back up your data for disaster recovery

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service disruptions, data loss, or technical issues.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export your data as CSV at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting support. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • No partial refunds
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Limitation of Liability

Baby Name Arena is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions

Baby Name Arena, its logo, design, and code are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in applicable courts.
